Please read our policies prior to booking.

Our Policy

  • A consultation is essential for clients starting their Seoulful Skincare Journey, ensuring the best results tailored to your skin’s needs. This step allows us to create a personalised plan for long-term transformation. If you're booking a one-time treatment, a consultation is not required.

  • A deposit of £20 is required to book an appointment and the remainder will be collected by cash on the day of the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable unless I have cancelled your appointment. Packages require full payment and are non-refundable.

  • Please note, the location for your appointment will be provided 24 hours in advance.

  • 💆‍♀️ For Skin Treatments:

    • Arrive with a clean face (no makeup or SPF).
    • Avoid active skincare (retinol, acids, exfoliants) 72 hours before.
    • If you’re on any medications or have skin sensitivities, please let us know in advance.

    👁️ For Lash Lifts & Tints:

    • Come to your appointment with clean, makeup-free eyes.
    • Avoid using waterproof mascara or lash serums for 24–48 hours prior.
    • Patch test required at least 24 hours before your first lash treatment.

    😁 For Teeth Whitening:

    • Avoid brushing aggressively or flossing immediately before your appointment.
    • Refrain from eating or drinking strongly pigmented foods/beverages (e.g. coffee, red wine, curry) at least 4 hours beforehand.
    • Please advise us of any dental work, gum sensitivity, or concerns prior to your visit.

  • Please allow enough time for travel and finding the location. A 10-15 minute grace period is given, but arrivals over 15 minutes late will incur a £5 late fee. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and a deposit will be required to rebook. Thank you for understanding.

  • If you need to cancel, we’d be happy to transfer your booking fee to a new appointment if at least 48 hours' notice is given. If less than 48 hours' notice is provided, a new booking will be required, and your deposit will be lost.
